Re-opening after COVID-19 has limited us on the number of people that we can see a day, so understand giving us a call or cancelling your appointment 24 hours is crucial. Our time is valuable, and to ensure all of our clients get seen within a timely fashion, we need 24 hours before your scheduled time to offer it to another guest. If you do not show up for your appointment, without properly cancelling (via phone, e-mail - xshairsalon914@gmail.com, no DMS through social media), it will result in a charge of 50% of the initial service(s) you were booked for and non-refundable deposit.
